Justin Bieber and David Letterman went head to head last night over the Bieb’s new “Believe” tattoo.

During the taped segment, Letterman asked Bieber about his new tattoo and started to criticize the singer for having so many.

At one point, Bieber called Letterman “Grandpa” and made a reference to the “Sixteenth Chapel” instead of the Sistine Chapel which is located at the Vatican in Rome.

Letterman made a snide comment about the Canadian educational system and you could see the tension starting to intensify.

Whew. Normally Dave and Justin are good friends but you could definitely see and feel the tension.

This makes tattoo number five for Justin as he already has permanent ink of a seagull, Jesus’ face, praying hands, and a Hebrew symbol for Jesus.

We really hope he doesn’t go overboard as we think a tatted up Bieber would be, well… unattractive.

Bieber also stopped by the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon show and called Jimmy Grandpa as well.

That exchange forced the two to several challenges to determine who was the most awesome person.

Of course, Justin won the challenge and the video is hilarious.

We love that Justin got Jimmy to say he had Bieber Fever!!

If this music thing doesn’t go anywhere we think Bieber may have a role in comedy somewhere.

VIDEO - Justin Bieber Blows Out Power at Apollo Theater – Finishes Show With Help From Fans – EPIC!

Justin Bieber pulled off an epic moment Monday night at the Apollo Theater in Harlem – and it was an accident.

Bieber was preparing to perform his last song of the last show on his “All around The World” tour when the power at the Apollo Theater went out leaving the house dark.

Emergency power was restored to illuminate some of the lights but there was no power to the stage, microphones, guitars, spotlights, speakers, or effects.

In fact, the NBC crew that was there recording the event for their special two part special on Bieber were without power to their cameras except for one battery powered hand held portable!

The Bieb’s last song was supposed to be “Boyfriend” off his just released new album “Believe”, but it looked like the show would have to be end without his final iconic anthem.

Bieber’s dance crew put on an impromptu dance off to help kill some time, and Justin himself took to the drum kit for a spontaneous drum solo, but time simply ran out.

But you don’t get to be the most famous 18-year-old pop star in the world by throwing in the towel without hearing that little voice in your head saying “The show must go on…”

So after explaining to his fans in the audience what was happening with the power outage, Bieber told them, “You can’t hear me but I can still hear you!” and proceeded to start “Boyfriend” with nothing more than a solo drum beat.

What happened next may very well go down in Apollo history because every single fan in the audience started singing “Boyfriend” – in the right key, in perfect harmony, knowing every word, and filling the theater with the most incredible sound it had ever hosted.

Bieber and his dance crew proceeded to perform every single move of the song as the crowd did the singing and Bieber and company did the dancing.

It was an epic moment.

You have to admit that’s one of the most dedicated fan communities you’re ever going to find.

After the show Bieber took to twitter to thank his fans for their patience.

By Tuesday, “Believe” had been released worldwide and within minutes was number one on Billboard and iTunes pop music charts in 33 different countries.

By Tuesday evening "Believe" had 14 songs in the top 100 iTunes chart.

Video - Justin Bieber Gets Sick on Stage in Paris While Singing Boyfriend

Wow, to say Justin Bieber has had a bad week so far is a huge understatement.

First he was accused by a photographer in Calabasas California of assault, then the Mayor of Oslo Norway declared a “State of Emergency” after thousands of Bieber’s fans got out of control before his show, and last night he ran into a glass wall in Paris and left the stage with a concussion and vomiting.

Friday night while Justin was onstage in Paris performing at his NRJ concert he ran into a glass wall and hit his head but returned to perform “Boyfriend” as if nothing had happened.

But in the middle of his performance Bieber began to slow down and it became clear something was wrong.

Just before collapsing to his knees you can see him getting confused, losing his spot in the song, and giving a little wince before running off the stage vomiting.

Once back stage, Bieber passed out and was unresponsive for about 20 seconds while his team tried to revive him.

In the video below you can see Bieber start to lose it at about the 2:40 point.

After the show Justin was seen by a Doctor who said he had suffered a concussion.

The singer returned to his hotel room and tweeted:

“Back in my room now drinking A LOT of water...cooling down...PARIS you have been AMAZING!!”

He also posted a video showing the huge knot on his right forehead - it was still so swollen he couldn’t even move his eyebrow!

Twitter immediately lit up with Beliebers around the world telling Justin to take it easy and get rest and at one point even had a worldwide trending topic “Justin Take Care Of Your Health”.

Justin also called into to TMZ after the incident at talked to Harvey about hitting the glass wall and the details of the accident.

VIDEO - Justin Bieber Performance in Oslo Norway – Police Struggle to Contain Crowd

Justin Bieber kicked off his “All Around The World” promotional tour for his upcoming “Believe” album in Oslo Norway on Wednesday – and almost created a National incident.

The crowds in Oslo were so large and so excited to see the pop singer that police were unable to contain the crowds and had to move up the concert start time in order to keep the peace.

In fact, Justin had to send out a tweet asking his fans to listen to the Police and follow their directions or the show may have to be cancelled.

In the end, the show went on and Bieber was flown to the Oslo Opera House by helicopter because the streets of Oslo were so crowded there was no way to get Justin to the venue.

The following video is from a traffic helicopter flying over the Opera House and shows the thousands of people and hundreds of boats that clogged the harbor.


Some estimates are that 30,000 people packed the streets and the Opera House grounds in order to catch a glimpse of Bieber’s free concert.

Bieber sang six songs – two of his old standbys and four new songs off his upcoming “Believe” album.

Bieber next heads to Paris to continue his “All Around The World” promotional tour and will then return to the United States.

Once back on U.S. soil Justin is expected to contact the Los Angeles Police to answer questions about his assault case against a photographer that took place over the Memorial Day holiday weekend.

Most legal minded people feel the case will either be settled out of court or dropped altogether but will act as a wake-up call for the singer that he needs to control his temper – especially now that he is 18-years-old.

The annual music event was held at the Wells Fargo Event Center in Philadelphia to a packed crowd of almost 15,000 people.

Mahone performed his new single 11:11 (Make a wish) and showed off some of his dance skills that he has been working on in preparation for the show.

Ashton Kutcher to Play Apple Co-Founder “Steve Jobs” in Upcoming TV Movie

Ashton Kutcher to play Steve Jobs in upcoming movie

It’s not like Ashton Kutcher needs the work or the attention these days…

Kutcher has recently taken over the sitcom “Two and a Half Men” from Charlie Sheen, is divorcing his wife Demi Moore, was pressured to buy Justin Bieber to buy a $6 million dollar mansion, and became Executive Producer on MTV’s revived “Punk’d” series – all in the last 8 months!

Kutcher's publicist confirmed this week that an independent production company is making a biography of the late Steve Jobs who died in October from pancreatic cancer.

The made for TV movie will begin filming in April 2012 and be ready for a possible fall release.

No word yet on what network will air the biography but it will cover Job’s career from his hippie years competing with Microsoft up to his death when he ran the world’s largest gadget maker after creating the iPhone, iPod, iPad, iTunes, and a host of other media innovations.

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak has chimed in about the project saying,

“As to the role of Steve Jobs I have little to say. Everyone has their own idea of who they think could play Steve the best. But when we started Apple at our young ages I decided not to put my nose and comments into every aspect of the company, like the color of boxes or the job responsibilities for a team. I would not step on the toes of people who had done these jobs for many years or decades. I would just do my engineering where I could not fail. So I look at the casting agencies and directors who are experts at casting. I trust that they considered all the relevant factors and made the best selection.

The fear that many might have is that Ashton Kutcher was selected because he's 'hot' right now. But I feel that his selection was done in the most professional manner. And I'm glad that he's on board. I think he'll put a lot into it and that he cares about this particular subject."

It is well known that Steve Jobs and Wozniak had a few rough moments during their career and Wozniak eventually parted ways letting Job’s take the helm and run with ball.

Their differences were well documented in another made for TV movie “Pirates of Silicon Valley” starring Noah Wyle as Jobs.

Well, looks like our favorite pop star is at it again.

Justin Bieber was in Florida last weekend visiting his girlfriend Selena Gomez while she was shooting on location for her latest movie.

He also took a chartered fishing trip with his grandparents when he let his new tattoo slip out for the sneaky paparazzi to see and photograph!

Yup, this makes four tattoos in total for Mr. Justin Bieber.

The latest is a set of praying hands inked on his left leg just above the tattoo of a praying Jesus.

Some say the tattoo symbolizes somebody who believes in the power of prayer, and it seems to fit the theme of religious tats that Bieber already has.

With the exception of his Seagull tattoo every new tattoo depicts Christ, religion, and spirituality in one way or another.

VIDEO - Sacha Baron Cohen Dumps Ashes on Ryan Seacrest During 2012 Oscar Red Carpet

While we think Sacha Baron Cohen is funny in his movies, we think he went too far last night at the 2012 Academy Award Oscars red carpet.

After all the hype last week about Sacha appearing in his full “Dictator” costume, Cohen arrived not only in full costume but he proceeded to dump an urn of fake ashes on host Ryan Seacrest.

The urn of ashes was labeled “Kim Jong il”, the dead dictator from North Korea, and you could tell that Seacrest was not expecting the stunt – and was not happy.

Sacha Cohen tells Ryan Seacrest,

"I love it here because it gave me an opportunity to bring my dear friend and tennis partner, Kim Jong-il. It was my dream to come to the Oscars and be sprinkled over the red carpet and Halle Berry's chest. Now when people ask who you are wearing, you will say Kim Jong-il!"

After Sacha was escorted away Seacrest had to complete his live broadcast covered in ashes.



So, Cohen did exactly what the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences didn’t want him to do. What a douche.

For his part, Ryan Seacrest seemed to take things in stride but you can tell from the video he was not happy.

You can also see in the video that Academy staff basically had to drag Cohen away by force in front of the cameras.

Now we all know that Hollywood is a whore for publicity but we got to say this was just stupid, in bad taste, and will not endear Sacha Baron Cohen’s fans to his movies.

In what will probably go down as one of the cutest Oscar comedy moments of 2012, Justin Bieber and Billy Crystal teamed up for a little bit of funny Sunday night.

Bieber made a cameo in Crystal’s pre-monolog opening to help bring in the 18-24 demographic.

It was totally unexpected as Justin was not expected to make an appearance and the sketch was actually very very funny!

Pretty funny eh?

Bieber took to twitter after his appearance during the show saying,

“A BIG SHOUTOUT to Billy Crystal. Thanks for letting be a part of the show and you killed it tonight. #muchlove”

We got to say we thought it was hilarious and there were a lot of subtle jokes that we didn’t even notice until we watched it a few times.

Great job Justin and Bob! Now get back in the studio and keep working on your new album “Believe”.

VIDEO - Justin Bieber to Host “Saturday Night Live” This Year – Has He Got The Funny?

A lot of celebrities who host SNL say it is the apex of their career - and it signifies the top of their game and popularity.

So when news broke that Justin Bieber is on deck to host Saturday Night Live during 2012 we had to wonder… will he be a good host? Can he bring the funny?

And we think the answer is a resounding YES!

In fact, Bieber has already proved he can be funny. Just ask Tina Fey from when she hosted SNL a while back and did a couple of funny sketches with Bieber.



See? We think he has the funny – and that sketch was from when Justin was only the musical guest for the night!

Bieber has also done funny parodies with Jimmy Fallen as well. Remember the “Someday” commercial parody?



Bieber DOES have a sense of humor - and he can be funny when he wants to.

In fact, we think Bieber would be an excellent host for SNL and we will definitely watch it.

Head Honcho Lorne Michaels and mega host Alec Baldwin say that not only will Bieber host during 2012 but he will ALSO be the night’s musical guest,

“The biggest names in the business are coming here thirty-something years after SNL's debut to host the show. Ben Stiller, Melissa McCarthy, who won the Emmy award, and Katy Perry’s coming and Jimmy Fallon, who’s double-dipping on your payroll, Jonah Hill, and I don’t want to ruin any other names, but Justin Bieber’s confirmed, he’s the musical guest and the host.”

This could be good. We see possible sketches about the pregnant mom and baby scare, Belieber problems, Selena problems, tattoo overload, and others.

It almost seems endless!

Kudos Justin. A hosting gig on Saturday Night Live is well deserved and we’re sure you’ll do great!

Mark Burnett to Bring “The Bible” Documentary to The History Channel

Big things are happening at The History Channel.

Reality show producer Mark Burnett is developing a new ten hour series about the Bible to air in 2013.

The series will set out to detail the Bible’s stories about Noah's ark, the exodus, the acts of the disciples, the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus, and others.

History Channel President Nancy Dubuc told The Hollywood Reporter,

"This is probably the most important book in mankind, regardless of your beliefs or religious affiliation. This series will bring the historical stories of the Bible to life for a new generation. We spend a lot of time talking about this book, and probably not enough time knowing what's in it.”

Venturing into the world of religion is not new territory for THC, but instead of an investigative approach this series will strive to simply tell the Bible’s stories as we know them.

THC currently has a fair amount of religious fodder including The Naked Archaeologist, The Real Face of Jesus, and Pharaoh’s Lost Treasure, and others. Their series Ancient Almanac has covered topics ranging from King David to Joshua and the walls of Jericho.

But is it wise to let a reality show producer run with this project?

Who is this Mark Burnet guy anyway?

Well, we all know who he is even if we don’t recognize the name.

Burnet is the infamous Executive Producer of such shows as Survivor, Sarah Palin's Alaska, Bully Beatdown, The Contender, Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?, and The Celebrity Apprentice with Donald Trump.

Add this to the fact that The History Channel already has an impressive portfolio of conspiracy theory type shows dealing with UFO’s, secrets of the Free Masons, the holy grail, secret societies, and black holes - it makes you wonder if Burnett and THC will be able to stay objective.

THC also airs a series by Brad Meltzer called “Decoded” that explores conspiracies with shows titled The President’s Secret Codes, 2012 Apocalypse, Secrets of the Dollar Bill, Apocalypse in Georgia, Secret Societies, Mystic Symbols of the Statue of Liberty, Inside the Illuminati, and his most controversial show attempting to explain the “Bohemian Grove” conspiracy.

We’re not saying it can’t be done, but we’re a little unsure whether Burnett and the History Channel will be able to tell the Bible’s stories without being drawn into the dark mystic unknowns that have made these conspiracy shows so popular.

After all, we don’t think there was a tribal council to vote out the bad Kings of Judea, or some Executive telling a poor carpenter “Your Fired”.

But we’re willing to see what they bring us in 2013 before we pass judgment and call out for the hell fire and burning brimstone to silence the blasphemers.

But in the meantime check out this video, this is the type of crap Burnett will be up against…
